SHIPPING

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship.
  • Standard shipping is free on domestic orders over $500.
  • Standard domestic shipping is $12.
  • Express domestic shipping is $15.
  • International orders are calculated by DHL, and have no additional handling fees. Customer is responsible for custom fees.

 

RETURNS

We understand that purchasing a piece of fine jewelry on the internet can be a difficult decision! We offer a full refund and exchanges on items 7 days after the package has been delivered.

Please note that items on sale are FINAL SALE.

 

EXCHANGES

Items using a Discount, Promotional Code, or a Site Wide Sales over 10% are exchange or for credit only.

Ring Exchange Policy: Due to the number of styles x variations of available ring sizes, ring exchange requests or ring sizing requests will receive a 12% restocking fee.

 

WARRANTY

Thank you for your support of Bondeye Jewelry. At Bondeye Jewelry, we are committed to crafting high-quality, durable pieces that are designed to last a lifetime. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer one (1) year of Warranty Coverage on all jewelry items against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

 

WHAT'S COVERED

Coverage for warranty includes manufacturing defects, including but not limited to improperly placed clasps, misaligned settings, loose or missing gems, and structural flaws.

 

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear (e.g.: damage from everyday use, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, loss, theft, accidental damage), or alterations or repairs made by third party jewelers. Improper care or damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, extreme heat, or physical stress (e.g.: bending or dropping) is excluded.

 

THIRD PARTY VENDORS OR FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any final sale items or purchases made from third-party vendors are not covered by our warranty, however, we are happy to repair these items at the customer’s expense. Cost estimates will be provided once the item is inspected. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the Bondeye Jewelry showroom. 

 

AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD

If your item is beyond the one (1) year warranty, we are happy to offer repairs for a fee. Please contact us at orders@bondeyejewelry.com for more information. Please include location and date of purchase, order number, order summary, and any other applicable information.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To return or exchange your order, email info@bondeyejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your package, you must do this in order to start your return or exchange.

  1. All items must be shipped Fedex or UPS, signature required, to the Bondeye Jewelry Showroom. Sender is responsible for shipping costs/tracking. 
  2. Email info@bondeyejewelry.com with Order # x Shipment Tracking # as soon as shipment is released from sender. Bondeye Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or delayed from sender.
  3. Sender will receive a ‘Package Receipt Confirmation' email from info@bondeyejewelry.com when shipment is delivered to Bondeye Jewelry personnel.
  4. Each shipment must be returned in the same condition and original packing in which it was received. Each item will be inspected at Bondeye Jewelry HQ before a return/exchange is approved. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted/refunded and will be shipped back to sender.
  5. Once an item has been accepted and approved for a return, Bondeye Jewelry will subtract the initial shipping fee, regardless of a discount, from the refund.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on card statement.
